Cost of Services

Session rates are as follows:

  • Evaluations - 60 minutes average - $135-270 depending upon needs
  • In-office - standard session - $95
  • In-office - short session - $65
  • Telehealth- short session - $65
  • Telehealth- standard session- $95
  • In-Home Therapy - standard-long session - $160 includes travel to your home or other preferred location
  • Clients in group homes - $95 telehealth only
  • Consultation Call - $95

All sessions include direct work, family training and collaboration, and suggestions to implement into your daily routine for best outcomes.

Commonly Asked Questions

No. Evolved Therapy is a concierge speech and swallowing therapy service. We are an out of network provider. At the end of each month you will be provided with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  We can also accept FSA/HSA cards with prior approval.

  • Your treatment plan is designed to fit the structure of your family. Providing a hybrid mode of delivery and collaborative model for goal setting are primary examples of what sets EVOLVED apart from other feeding, swallowing, and speech therapy clinics.
  • Our methods are developed for the comfort and growth of you & your child.
  • We get to treat the whole child and work within your family for maximum progress.
  • Together we decide on the focus of treatment, mode of delivery & schedule with flexibility. 
  • We don’t have to cater our treatment plans, goals, & timelines to an insurance plan’s criteria.
  • No limitations as dictated by insurance reviewers.
  • In other words you, as the parent, get to be in charge of the plan.
